MARAWI CITY, Feb. 7 (PIA ICCC) — The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) in partnership with the Mindanaw Tripartite Youth Core launched here the “Intad Negosyo” Hub to showcase the different products of the organized social enterprises of the six barangays in the city.
As part of its Social Healing and Peace-building Project, OPAPP aims to promote peace and unity by providing the affected residents with livelihood opportunities.
Raisalama Tindug from Barangay Papandayan is optimistic that the hub will help them recover.
“Kami ay positibo. Nais namin iparating ang aming pasasalamat sa OPAPP, sa ating presidente at sa TFBM sa paggabay sa amin,” said Tindug.
(We are optimistic. We want to convey our gratitude to OPAPP, to tour president and to TFBM for guiding us.)
The social enterprises are from barangays Fort, Toros, Bacolod Chico, Moriatao Luksadato, Bangon, Papandayan, and Cormatan Matampay.
The hub located in Barangay Fort showcases Maranao delicacies, handwoven products, organic herbal ointment, and herbal soap.
